Cant change plan via self serve..error message!!


iv been trying to change my plan for the past week but it keeps showing me an error message, when will i be able to do this?

Are you using the app or the website? If it's the app you may need to delete it and reinstall it. if all else fails you can always call Koodo and have them change your plan for you!
I've been using the website and I just called and had it changed and got charged for changing my plan via telephone because my plan restarts on the 6th which was Saturday so I couldn't call customer service, I went to the store and they couldnt change it and selve serve on the computer wasn't working for me, my plan now's been changed but I got charged for it which shouldn't be the case.

I know that if you call in for something you can do yourself, you will be charged. There must have been a reason why you weren't able to do it yourself. Were you getting any kind of error message? You can only change a rate plan once per billing cycle

Sheila is right, you can only change plans once a month. And yes, what error message did you get?

Error message was always, this request cannot be processed at this time, please try again later and I understand it can only be done once per billing cycle, my cycle starts 6th of every month which was a Saturday and I tried to change my plan every day of the previous week on various devixes, eventually had to make the call and got charged.

I did and they took half off the fees but I still will have to pay $15 on top of my plan with the next bill

What? They said $15 and that it's half of the fee? It's $10 to get your plan changed through customer service.
