Cannot Update Plan through Self Serve


I haven’t changed my plan in years, but when I attempt to through self serve I’m getting a message stating ‘Can’t change plan more than once per billing cycle’??

Hi @clysmith, We see that there was a rate plan change done for the beginning of your billing cycle 4 days ago, on both lines. Were you looking to change your plan again? 

Really? Could you tell me what the plan was changed to?

Its the same plans that you had but a newer version. :)

Right now I see the plan as $55/month for 4GB of data its been this plan for quite some time.

 

Was the rate plan change done automatically by Koodo?
