I need to remove int long distance saver add on from my two phone numbers. I used to add and remove this service from my self service account in the past. Now I am asked to schedule a phone call with the representative to remove the service that I do not need any more. I do not have time to speak with your representative. I will just move my service to a different provider if you act like this. I expect a confirmation from the customer service that this int sever is removed from both of my phone numbers starting from today.
