cannot log into self serve - says email and last name do not match...


tried several times to log into self serve for first time and it consistently says the email and name do not match records however the email is what was used to register and the name is the name on the agreement

Hello Kathy, There might have been a mistake on your agreement. At that point you would need to contact Koodo in order to solve the problem.

It's not the email you used here, right Kathy? Also is the account under the same name you used here?

When I receive a billing at malgashjackie@gmail I cannot open my billing because my email address and my passward do not match. Yet.... I am receiving bills from you and I do pay the bills but I cannot get a detail billing from you because I cannot do the self serve. I took in an International Student and registered her under my name last month. Now I need to present her with a bill so she can pay me. But....... I cannot get into my billing from you because you won't let me into my account because my email address and my pass word do not match your records. my password is xxxxxxxx. I want to keep this password because I can remember it. Please solve this problem because the student owes me a considerable amount of money and I would like to be paid. However I need to print out a bill(invoice) to demonstrate she indeed owes me such and such money.

Jacqueline, as per Allan pls recover your password by clinking on the 'Forgot Password' link. If you are unable to login than the password you are trying to use is not the correct one.
