cannot change perk


Just upgraded my old plan to a new plan with more data and one free perk.. however i cannot choose a perk. It gives me an error "there is currently an outstanding order in progress and it is blocking the addon selection"

And it just tells me to exit. Anyone know why im getting that issue?

Was your plan change involved any phone upgrade? I wondered if that was the reason for the error message. A rep might be needed to approve the order first before perk selection.

Were you able to complete the plan change though? Or. Are you still stuck on the old plan? 

I was able to switch plans to the new plan. This was a plan change

I was trying to add the premium voicemail

@Flamerazor Let us take a closer look. There shouldn’t be any reason why you couldn’t add. Once we find the cause and the solution we will let you know here.
