I wanted to change my plan to the 45$ one with 15Go and a perk.
I could not change it Online in self-serve because I could not pick a perk, so I ended up having a phone call with a rep. She managed to change my plan but could not add the perk either.
It’s been more than a week, and I still cannot choose my perk, either in the phone app or online, whatever the browser I use. I always have the icecream cone error telling me to come back in an hour.
Can anyone help me? I want to add the Rollover Data.

There is currently an issue affecting some accounts when it comes to adding free perks in self serve
We can make a request for the perk to be added, and it may take around 7 business days.
You may not see it in self serve once added, but you will be able to use it.
Once the issue fixed, you will be able to change it in self serve.

It is not clear if the reamining data will be visible in self serve due to the issue, however, we hope the issue will be fixed soon.
