Upgraded my phone and plan a few days ago, was approved and waiting for shipping. Order was cancelled for some reason. No communication. I have direct payment, been with Koodo forever. Phone is still in stock. But plan deal is over? Any help would be awesome! Thanks

Didn’t they tell you the reason the order was cancelled? You might be better off asking the webstore via their e-mail address
Yes they don’t have what they say they have in stock and cancel orders often... which is irritating because you could take advantage of other offers (that have now expired) by the time they call and tell you that your order is cancelled.
Bad business practice to do this to long time customers.
Were both the phone AND plan upgrades cancelled?
Koodo’s approval followed by (partial?) cancellation may allow you, if it serves your interests, to either cancel or keep the plan upgrade. It may allow you to upgrade your phone and upgrade to a promotional plan in the future.
