Canceling my account from abroad

Hi there! 

I recently moved to Hong Kong, but don’t have a way to cancel my account. I can’t call in becuase I am in Quarantine and don’t have access to a phone number. Anyone know the best way to proceed?


ps. Quarantine sucks!

Sorry to hear! It sure does. Since you're out of country send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out. You'll have access to self-serve for 90 days after cancellation in order to pay your final bill.
