Canada-Wide Talk + Text 20 Dbl billing


Hi I have been on this Canada-Wide Talk + Text 20 Dbl $20.00 plan for over two years and was under the impression I had unlimited minutes after 5pm until 8am. My last bill went over 100 minutes but most of them were after 5pm. Is there a billing error?

Log into self serve and check your plan details, if these calls were into Canada and during the time that you shouldn't have been charged, you'll need to call in and speak with a rep to get it sorted out.
