Question

can you tell me why i got charge for my prepaid and preapprove 2 times in 1 month i mean i was charged on aug 14 and aug 21


my phone has never been my problem it is set to pre approve payment each month.but I see on my bank statement that 2 payments for the same thing was taking out 7 days apart for the same thing why!

If you are doing it for months, then it could be an error in the billing system. For billing, it could be only answered by Koodo, I suggest calling them, or use facebook.

Jeanine, contacting Koodo via Facebook is probably the best option. It'll reduce your needing to stay on hold for a while as you wait for a rep to become available to help. On FB you can just send a message and wait or do other things for them to answer.
