Can’t upgrade to the plan i want

I currently only have 2gb of data. I want to upgrade to 4gb but it doesn’t give me this option when I try to upgrade. I own my phone and there is no balance owing on my bill. The only option it gives me is 10gb for $14 more per month than I want to pay.

The current plan that comes with 4Gb is available only when activating a new line, it is not available as plan change, here you can find more info: https://www.koodomobile.com/en/rate-plans
