Can't get in!!


I tried ONLY TWICE this morning. NOT five. And I'm shut out!! I can NEVER GET IN with my established password.

Hi Margaret, try resetting your password with the link "forgot password" when your not shut out anymore and then try the new password.

Try again in one hour and be double certain of the password and that caps lock isn't on and your keyboard is set to English. If it's still no good /lock out, you'll have to contact Koodo if you're also locked out of a password reset in order to get your account reset. Best way would be to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter.
