Can't download my e-mail attachement on koodo mobile note Ii


When receiving e-mails on my mobile, I can't view or save the e-mail attachement ... I open the e-mail, I click on attachement tab, then view or save ... It remains at o%, either on wifi or LTE. Tried with pdf and Word, no Luck ... Don't know where to look anymore.

I'm not aware Koodo sent the bill though e-mail. The only thing is that Koodo will notify you the bill is ready!
It's not the Koodo bill ... I can't get to àny e-mail attachements on my cell phone, the y just wont download ... Could Be a picture or any type or documents.

What e-mail provider are you with? What app are you using?

I am with Vidéotron and I am usine the app that came with my phone (Note II). It's working if I use the iPad, Only not working on the phone. I looked at all settings I could think of that would prevent download but can't find anything. I also tried using the Gmail accourt and app, still won't download attachements. Thanks !

Does data work for anything else? (Browsing the Web, sending emails, youtube)

What error message are you getting when you try to download an attachment?

No error, just waiting ... remains at 0 ...

Hi MAB! I suggest that you remove your email account from your email settings, do a power cycle (on/off) and re-enter the credentials for that account (email address and password). Also make sure you have enough space for the attachment to download (Settings > Storage). If the issue persists, let us know 🙂
