Can't change plan on self serve

I placed my number on seasonal hold since I was out of the country. I just came back yesterday but self serve won't let me change the plan. I can't receive calls for a callback, so I tried contacting someone through Facebook. No reply from Facebook, I would really like to have this sorted out soon.

Koodo seems a bit swamped at the moment. Give it time, they WILL reply. Best not to add to your PM as it will drift back to the bottom of the pile each time you do. Hope they’ll sort you out soon :)
