Can not add the easy Roam

I am not able to add the easy Roam to my plan, 

It shows “ Your plan is not eligible to be changed at this time”

Are you currently traveling outside of Canada? If so, you can send message to koodo facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) and ask a rep there to help you

 The problem is the phone shows no service right now.

Have you just recently joined Koodo?

If adding easyroam in  selfserve didn’t work, you could try to send “ROAM” to the number 7626 . It should be able to add easyroam add-on for you. https://www.koodomobile.com/easyroam
