Can a SEASONAL-Suspended Service (rate of $15/month) be self activated? or DO I HAVE to CALL *611 (for Post-Paid-service help) ?


Can anyone suspend their Koodo phone number and get a SEASONAL-rate of $15/month (if they DO NOT have a FB account) -? step by step details would be great!

Goran below is correct. While we do have a list of transactions that cost $10 to have done by our reps, the vast majority is free if you do it yourself online.

Seasonal hold is not something currently available online. Hence there is no charge when you call to have it added. There are conditions to be eligible for seasonal hold though.

You will not be charged because you cannot do it yourself in self-serve. Also you are never charged merely to speak with a rep.
