callback experience

I just wanted to share my positive experience doing a "callback" with Koodo customer service this morning.  Call was on time, and Nicolletta was professional, friendly and left me very pleased with my new plan! I was a bit too excited and hung up before the survey but if someone from her department could pass this note of appreciation on - she made a happy customer, so thanks Nicolletta!
