How come ever time I get the koodo call back phone nobody is on the other line and I just get a automated message saying sorry we missed you ? This is pretty poor customer service after being with koodo for over 4 years I’m strongly thinking of moving to a bigger service provider.

Quality control is never 100%. Not sure what's going on with yours tho. You can ask your question here and we can likely help you or forward you to assistance elsewhere

Do keep in mind that when you pickup the phone there will be an automated message asking you to press 1 to speak with a rep. If you don't press 1 then it won't connect you.

Pressing one worked but now there’s nobody answering the phone call it’s been ringing for 2 minutes 😩

Have you any tips

I just experienced the same thing.  I pressed 1 and then it rang and rang and rang and finally just disconnected.  A callback is fine but why can’t you just have a number that we can call.  Very frustrating!!!!
