I just paid off my tab balance thinking I could get into a more affordable plan (Currently offered 20GB of 4G @ $34 vs 20GB of 4G @ $60 I had on my tab)


I paid the tab balance off, but under the "Choose a new Plan" option, I only see larger plans for 100 and 120GB at 5G


I see I have the option of adding a plan, but I don't want to be stuck with 2 lines - has anyone else navigated this?

If you paid the balance off, you were still having the phone credit amount and cannot change to a BYOD yet. So your option is to wait until the end of the 24months period

The legal print states

“ Available to new customers who are bringing their own device. Eligible in all provinces. Plus applicable taxes. Subject to approved credit. Limited time offer. “

This is why you arne’t seeing it. You may try scheduling a callback to get it, or you’ll have to look at other options if Koodo won’t make an exception.
