broken phone upgrade

I had $60 remaining on my tab so I added it to my next bill. My phone is toast but Koodo tells me I’m not eligible for an upgrade/new tab?? Anyone know why? I really need a new phone!

Which phone were you looking at getting?

It could be that your current plan is not eligible and that you may have to change to a different plan in order to upgrade to a new phone on the tab. The link below shows a table of the rate plan and tab options available.

Or you may have to wait until your next bill is processed before you can make a new phone selection.

So you should be able to keep your current plan, but I think you will have to wait until your next bill is processed. A word of caution on the P40 Pro. This phone is not compatible with Google’s Play Store or Google’s services if that is of importance to you.

I read that but my needs for the phone outweigh my needs for the play store LOL

I finally got it to work, I just had to give it a little while to process my tab payment. Phone is on order! Thanks for your help!
