Bring back per SECOND billing

When I signed up with Koodo back in '09, one of the big selling points was per-second billing. (ie. a 15 second phone call used 15 seconds worth of minutes.) With my change in plans, all my calls round up to the next minute. That 15 second call is now a minute. Bring back my per-second billing please!!!!

I don't think any of the carriers offer per second billing any longer, Arend 😞 I support your plea, but I'm afraid it won't be coming back any time soon... though it's grandfathered to the people who kept their old plans. Though let's not lose hope, you never know when (IF) competition ever gets fierce enough here in Canada 😃

With some form of unlimited calling being offered across all carriers now, per-second billing is pretty much a thing of the past. Yes it was great on lower minute/cheaper plans but the trade off you receive is Canada-wide calling.
