Bright Friday 2GB bonus data not added to plan

I upgraded to a Pixel 5, and changed my plan in the same order to take advantage of one of the Bright Friday deals with 2GB of bonus data.

However, the bonus 2GB was not added to my plan. When I was selecting add-on’s the 2GB option was not listed as an add-on - all I could see were the ‘easy roam’ options.

I assumed it would be added automatically when the phone was shipped, but my plan still hasn’t updated. What are the next steps?

Is this offer for existing customer or only new customers?

Ok. Then I would wait till receive a shipment email. And login to self serve to check if the plan and Add-on were updated.

If not, contact Koodo setting up call back, or send them message through FB or Twitter.

I actually already received the shipment email, so I’ll look into setting up a call back.
