Bought a prepaid Koodo sim online. When I try to activate it, it says invalid sim


Bought a prepaid Koodo sim online. When I try to activate it. it says it's an invalid sim. What the! How come Koodo online store sell an invalid Sim. Is there a way I can get my money back? Frustrated suppose to be Koodo user here.

Have you tried Activation using a different browser?
I did try using Chrome and Firefox and it's still saying an Invalid Sim
I even try using IE and it's still the same.

You may have to return the sim to where you got it and ask for a new one. Give koodo a call in the morning to see what they can do to expedite the process.

Shit happens man.....koodo doesn't manufacture the SIMs though and I doubt they check every single one to see if it works 100%. If you bough it online sensd them an email to webstore @ something. It's on yhe confirmation email you got.
