Booster add-on renewals through Self Serve have been temporarily disabled due to technical difficulties.


Hi Koodo, I'm getting the following message when trying to add a $25 Talk Booster to my account: "Booster add-on renewals through Self Serve have been temporarily disabled due to technical difficulties." I've been trying to add the booster for at least 3 days now and I get the same message every time. Tried *611 but can't remember my 4-digit pin. When will these technical difficulties be resolved? Is there any other way for me to add a booster?"

Hello there,

Have you tried contacting Koodo via FB messenger (www.m.me/Koodo). You could tell them you forgot your PIN. Or just input random PIN on the phone until you get to speak with someone.

It sounds like this tech issue has been causing problems for a few days now.  I wouldnt wait for it to be resolved.  It seems like it will be awhile
