Bonus 5GB Data promotion

Existing customer. I ordered a new phone and upgraded to a $50/month plan on Aug 18. While the phone was in transit, the current bonus 5GB promotion (for new and upgrades) started. I just received the phone but haven't activated it yet because I am hoping to get this bonus 5GB added to my plan. I have FB messaged Koodo with the order number (late Sunday night) but have not received a response yet.

Its not a live chat and with the current back to school promos theyre a bit backed up but they will get back to you there eventually!

Your phone is already activated when they ship it to you. So you can use it now if you want.

And for promo, if you ordered it within 15days, then I believe they should be able to make some adjustments.  They could be busy because of all of new promo, but they will get back to you.

Update: Koodo got back to me this morning and added the 5GB data as an add on. Happy!
