As a long time koodo customer, why can I not get the newcomer black friday plans? Why do new customers get the savings while I get forgotten about?

New plan is 35gb data for $30

My Current plan is 35gb for $50

And there is no way to change. Please help?

eh, Are you asking to reduce the data amount in your plan?

Yes. But any offer I see is the same price for less data. I am looking to try and save $20 a month if possible

I believe that plan is only available only for new customer and it is a BYOD plan only. It isn’t available in self-serve plan change.

I recommend you wait for Black friday next week to see if anything available for existing customer. You could as well contact Koodo directly and ask a rep but nothing is guaranteed that you can get it.

We went through the same issues trying to get to loyalty on BF to get the new customer deal, ended up settling after hopeless experience with Koodo Assist trying g to get to loyalty

Seems  only logical approach is to change providers every 2 years

I just had to use the Koodo Assist to schedule a callback. Then when they call ask for loyalty. The initial support person will not be able to do anything. I was just able to get a plan similar to the BF promo.

Best way is to use Koodo FaceBook page the messenger they have the loyalty thing down pat, the initial message took 1 hour on Friday, I understand the wait time is longer now (as reported by other users) but in my personal experience “its the ONLY way to go” Good luck
