billing


My bill says that I will be charged for late payment fee is it is not paid by May 12th as it is now May 20th and this is the first day that my bill has been displayed will I still be charged?

Yes you will be charged a 2% late fee, try calling customer care and explain the issue, im sure they will help you with the fees 🙂

If you're calling from your Koodo phone, do use 611 as it is a free call (unless you have unlimited minutes, then this comment is irrelevant). I don't know if Koodo counts airtime when using the direct number.

Koodo credits the airtime usage also when the 1-866-995-6636 is used

As the contract states you are obligated to pay you bill on time, even if you have not received a bill, I added a calendar reminder on my phone to remind me of the required payment date. I've had only one instance of needing to make payment because of the reminder, rather than the bill, but it does not let me forget.
