Hi there. I am trying to add a line to my account and it seems that no matter which phone or plan I select I get the message that the combination does not work

When did you get the first line? To prevent fraud, Koodo usually puts a cool off period to when you can add a plan. If that is not the case, what combination of plan/phone are you trying to get?

What is Bill Stack Configuration?

I am actually running into the same issue and have tried the same plan on both tab medium and tab small.

I tested on my account, it showed the same error. I guess the issue could be the 2 add-on Bonus 3Gb + Bonus 2GB stacking. I will flag a rep.
