When a new customer subscribes to a new plan, ask them if they want to be notify when their plan decreases price or offers more data, minutes or features for the same price.  If they answer yes, everytime a better plan is offered, they will receive a notification asking them if they are interested to change their plan.  Then, we won't have to always go on the website to verify if they are better plans.  We will also feel that we will always get the best, as a koodo loyal customer.
