Ask Koodo for Matching Offer

Hi Folks,

  I’ve had a competing carrier send me a very enticing offer. I don’t see anything online that Koodo offers that comes close. What is the best way to ask Koodo to convince me to stay with them? I really enjoy their service but can’t ignore the amazing deal I’ve been offered.

You can schedule a callback from Koodo and ask the rep that you want to speak to loyalty. Good luck and hope they can give you a similar deal.
