I live in Canada but I will be living in Antalya Turkey until April 30th.  I just want to know what the best route is for my phone in order to access data outside of Wi-Fi and possibly phone calls that are incoming

Are you on a postpaid plan? If so, you can set up Easy Roam on your Self Serve account to use your existing phone plan. You will be only charged for the days you use your monthly plan's minutes, data or texts. https://www.koodomobile.com/easyroam

If you are using it on an occasional basis, you can choose to use your phone at pay-per-use rates. Make sure to include the International Voice Roaming and International Data Roaming add-ons to your account.
