this is my plan Canada-Wide Talk + Text 25 Dbl, my question is,text messaging are illimited,sent or receive ? And if i text from Canada to France is it charged or its illimited ? Sorry my english is not perfect

Texts are unlimited. As long as you are in Canada, you can send/receive texts from anywhere around the world.
