Amazing plans should be available to everyone!

You should offer great promotional plans like the $55/month 5gb data plan in all provinces in Canada. It shouldn’t be limited to certain provinces like Saskatchewan just because they have a regional carrier such as Sasktel, we should all have the option to get such an awesome plan at such an awesome price.

This has already been suggested multiple times recently and I agree it would be something I'd like to see, I completely disagree with having different prices for different provinces & a cross Canada system really needs to be implemented to avoid the issues to of ppl cheating the present system which is becoming a huge issue lately.

In thunder Bay they have a plan that is 8GB of Data with Unlimited Nationwide Canadian Calling all for $80. Imagine if Koodo responded to that? Oh, the chaos that would happen...

Huge problem though, Tbaytel does not allow you to take such a plan unless you upgrade or activate a new line. Another reason why Koodo is better.

I was with them for over 10 years. When I got set up with Koodo and told them I would be porting my number over, they didn't seem to care. I gave them the option of giving me that plan and I will keep my service with them. They asked "you would keep two phones, one with us and one with the other provider?" I told them as long as they gave me that plan, yes. Needless to say, I didn't get the plan. I doubt they would do the BYOD and still give the plan since it is a contract based company. I'm not going to slander them anymore. Overall, they were good to me for the time I was with them. But you can never compete with an EPP lol

I can say the same I was witht hem for about 4.5 years. But when I came to Koodo they didn't even try to keep me as a customer. I asked if there was anything they can do they said " You can pay $64 to upgrade". So I replied or you mean "to buy out of my contract"? The rep told me yes I asked for this to be waived so I can upgrade she replied with a no so I ported out to koodo. So I would flip Tbay tel in a heartbeat! Horrible customer service,no loyalty, no effort to keep their customers! (probably considering they have a huge monopoly in Northern Ontario) At which maybe the reps think they have the right to treat their current customers like garbage

I have much better service with Koodo by Intercity Mall than I did with Tbaytel. I was lucky to get 1 bar with them. Koodo, I have at least 3 bars of service at all times in the city.
