Adding phone plan to my account

I am trying to add another line to my account, there is a promo for 50$ for 10 gigabytes of data (this is the plan I currently have). I am trying to add the same plan for my husband but it will not add it to my cart. I can add other plans but there is not one that is this good of a deal. Is it only possible to add one of these deals on my account? (I am trying to do the bring your own phone plan)

If the promo was a special offer sent to you, it's likely that it was only for your current line. You can try sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to see if you can get it for another line as well.

How are you adding this promo plan? Are you logged into self serve beforehand. 

 

Is your husband's going to be a new line with Koodo? 

Are you ordering a phone at the same time?
