My home page said I would save $5 per line I add.

Doesn’t show any discount and I added my wife and son?? Added 2 lines, should save $10?

Did your wife and son port in their numbers after receiving their SIM card? If so, it is likely the credits fell off. In that case, you will need to contact a Koodo rep to reinstate the credits.
