Adding a second line to an existing account


I recently signed up for the Koodo $39/20GB plan, for both my wife and myself.  I’ve received my SIM, and setup my account without issue.

My second SIM is on its way.  

Do I need to setup a separate account and activate that SIM and then request the accounts be linked, or can I add it to my existing account from the start?  I can’t see an option in the menus to do the latter.

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

You definitely want both on the same account from the start, because if you want to merge them later, it would cost you $50.

Are you sure you can't already access both from your account?

I don’t see the second one at all in my primary account.  Unless it’s somewhere that’s completely not obvious.   I see the one that I recently activated only.  I did order both plans with the same email address.  I got confirmation that both were shipped.  One has arrived, the other is  on its way.  I have the order numbers if that helps.

I ordered two SIM cards in individual transactions online.  

One arrived, and is activated.  

The other has not arrived yet but has been shipped.

After the first one was shipped I received notification to create my account, which I did.   The second one has now shipped.  There were no additional instructions.  It does not sho up in my online account as a second line.  I want to add it to the existing account as a second line.  Seems more difficult than it should be.

ie.  I have an unactivated SIM card and an associated plan.   I want to activate it under an existing account as a second line.

What is the order number for your second SIM card? 

Order # HFO35509072 - Setup and working fine

Order # HFO35519036 - Pending.   NOTE:  This is the one I want to add to the same account as the above order.
