adding a 2nd and 3rd line to account

I would like to add additional lines to my account online but I cannot seem to do more than one at a time. I need sim cards for both lines as I will be bringing my own device. Also when I do this do I keep my old phone connected? And when does my billing cycle start. My contract ends with my other provider on the 25th of September.

You could only add 2nd, 3rd line online after 90days of service. If you want it now, you would have to visit a Koodo kiosk or a retail (bestbuy, walmart...) to do it (connection fee $40 might apply). Anyway, sometimes they have promotion for the connection fee, I would double check with them and see.

The billing cycle will start  few days after your activation date.

@kimfa You can add the lines just have to be in 2 separate transaction.  Well, worth the savings of $80 to do it online for the connection fee on the 2 lines .
