I have a land line with Koodoo. I want to add another line. When I went to self serve, I proceeded according to all steps, finally it took me ‘Verify your identity’. It asked me to check 6 digit code to verify my identity. Since I have land line, I cannot check text message. How should I proceed to complete my order of ‘adding a line’?

Ah yes that is problematic with the wireless home phone. I’m afraid your only option is to schedule a call back and verify your identity that way, or send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or Twitter.
You could also visit a store and have them add the line for you.
