Added service without a call

"Based on the recent call that you had with our Koodo rep, we've added a credit to your account" I haven't received any calls!!! Why did you make this decision without my conformation?! Extremely disappointed about it!!! The person who did should be personal liable for this violation. I would like to have a not credited account.

Seriously??? Dude, they are giving you a credit, money back. If you don't want it I'll gladly take it. 🙂
