I removed an add on for protection plan last month and I still got charged for it this month. I tried to remove it again but its not showing up.

When did you remove it and what is your billing cycle? 

My billing cycle is on the 6th and I removed it at least 1 month ago. The same day I got my text to pay.

Once you received the text to pay, the add-on was already “used” therefore the reason why you needed to pay for it. Next month it shouldn’t be there anymore .
