I have change my base plan yesterday, and it will successful, but i am unable to makes or receive calls

What base plan did you change to?

$50 base plan, with unlimited text and pictures message, unlimited canada wide calling, with 5 gigs of data

Try rebooting your phone... Can you send or receive text messages?

I try that already. Am no i can recieve messages.

Hmm, strange… what message do you hear when you try to make a call?

"Your service have been suspended"

 

Is there a way i would reach  customer care

Did you top up your account? What does the expiry date on page 1 mention?
