Add a new line


I have an existing monthly plan and I will like to add a new line to my account but I want to use a specific phone number. I only see the option to purchase a sim and that will give me a generic phone number but I want to use a specific phone number for this new line. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. You get a temporary number when you make an order with Koodo. You can transfer over your phone number from another carrier to the new line once you receive the SIM card. This can be done on the Self-Serve portal. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/moving-your-number-koodo
