Add a line deals didnt add to new line

I added my son to my line because of the deals that we were supposed to get. These were 2gb bonus data and $5/month off They haven’t added on to the new line and I can’t find a way to do manually. If someone could help that would be awesome.

When did you sign up? Did you get your first bill yet? 

I signed up a on Saturday the 21 of august ago but got the phone yesterday (25 of August) and haven’t gotten my first bill yet. But wouldn’t I be able to use the extra 2gb of data?
