Activation problem

Hi. I received my phone and sim in the mail today. Tried to set up self serve and your system is saying that my account is linked to another account and is awaiting approval - I had a previous account with Koodo but attempted to sign up with a different email. 2nd problem is I have not received a contract with my customer number, I need this to activate the sim/phone. Would appreciate some help getting me in the right direction.
