Is there a reason i can not get access to my accoun? It is saying that it is sending comfirmation of the address but it never arrives. this has been 2 days so far.

Hi Mary, I'm not sure what may be wrong, but you could certainly give Koodo a shout (*611) and ask them to sort your account 🙂
