I’m just wondering, once the data limit is reached will it automatically be blocked, or will it go over the limit?

I assumed you are a postpaid customer. If your plan includes data, the “shocked free data” feature would be available. You could find it here https://www.koodomobile.com/datacalculator After you reach 100% of your data usage, they will offer you some option to buy more data https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/pausing-and-resuming-data
If your plan has no data in it (minutes & text only) there isn’t any block. You would have to pay at the payperuse rate for any extra data usage.
