You don't call your own number to activate voicemail.
On most phones you just press and hold 1
That will automatically dial the voicemail server you were assigned to.
If the setting got erased or pressing and holding 1 didn't work, just call into customer service tech support.
As far as noone from koodo being able to call you, I doubt that's the case, you should call them and see if it goes through, ask them to say back your phone number. In case it's different then what they dialed. 6UT1 means number doesnt have service whatsoever. If you were just having problems with your line it would go to voicemail. Maybe you got the number wrong!

Hope this helps

It's also possible your phones programmed Voicemail Center number is incorrect.
Thanks for long reply. The case is that i can call them and when they call back to the same number the weird message appears. I guess ill try to call tech service latet.

For voicemail, did you trial dialing 1 + their 10-digit handset number + Send (without +) ? This will lead you to setup your voicemail. Yeah, at this point, it is just better to call Customer Service to solve the problem. Technical Support dept. knows what to do. Hope that your problem gets fixed 🙂

Hey Vytautas! Were you able to contact our technical support department? They can be reached at *611 from your Koodo phone or at 1-866-995-6636 option 6 from any other device. We recommend calling from a phone other than your Koodo device so that we can troubleshoot properly 🙂
