600 MIN booster

Hi there, 


I just topped up my account with a 600 minutes talk booster however, I am unable to make any calls. Please kindly advise.

Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? 

Have you checked your self serve account to see whether you have an active base plan (prepaid)?

Are bill payments all caught up (postpaid)?

If you are a prepaid customer, you will need an active base plan to make calls with your 600 minute talk booster. Check the Overview page by logging into your Self Serve account to see if a base plan payment is needed. It may show up as expired or temporarily suspended.

Also, sometimes I see people said they added funds to their account, but didn't buy a booster.

Make sure you actually bought it.

Also try restarting your phone if everything above looks good
