42 voice minutes on a plan...does that even exist?


I upgraded my phone then did a transfer to a new account but was concerned I would lose my plan but didn't although the minutes on my plan say 42 and my previous plan was 250. I thought perhaps the pro-ration however data and everything else looks the same. Should I wait until the end of the billing cycle or call about the difference?

Hi Darlene, When you do a transfer of ownership to another person's account it will treat the transfer as if it was a mid cycle plan change and you will see a proration of your minutes, data and text messages are unaffected by this even if you changed it to something else down the road. So I'd give it until your next billing cycle and you should see it change back to your regular amount of day time minutes. Hope that helps answer your question 🙂
