300MB /300 Minute Plan drop from $40 to $33 / month...will I automatically get the new price or?


I'm currently on what was a $40 plan with 300MB of data and 300 Anytime minutes. I see that plan has dropped to $33. Will I get this new rate or do I need to call you and have it changed?

At the moment, you'll need to pay off any existing tab balance and then call Koodo and ask them to switch you to the new plan.
I own my phone and have been getting the 10% "bring your own phone" deal, so no tab.

You'll lose the ten percent of f also when you switch

OK, still $3 cheaper if I can get it. Thanks for the help, Chad!
Then you will need to call in to have your plan changed as I am unsure of if you will be able to select the new plans from self serve.
